Ask your builder to sign this. Odds are they won’t. Why? Because they don’t do it.
They will probably read the 1st or 2d line and hand it back to you!
We will gladly sign it because in our homes it is standard!

All wall and ceiling penetrations are foam filled.
All interior walls and ceilings are primed, top coated and back rolled. Sounds stupid but a lot of “builders” don’t do either to the ceiling, what you see is only texture.
Pay special attention outside of the Rapid City limits, in Pennington County there aren’t any building inspections!
