The Process

Have you ever driven by a job and seen the entire
job site a disastrous mess?

Don’t people demonstrate the pride and quality of
the job in every area?

This is one of our homes during the construction
and what you can expect from us. A neat site
and men working!

We believe quality and detail doesn't’ start at
the trim stage of construction, it starts the day
of the ground breaking and it doesn't stop!

Hidden quality. Our houses are entirely sheeted with OSB. Others use OSB just on the corners and the balance of the sidewalls are fuzz board, Styrofoam or water resistant sheetrock that aren’t close to being as structurally sound, but they are cheap.

We are aren't just old school, we believe everything should be done to the best of our abilities.

To the left is how a drop chord should be built, which is the way we build them. Don’t expect to see this on our competitor's jobs because their eaves are only nailed to the sidewall. The only thing that keeps their eaves from falling off is the sheeting.

This poorly constructed "drop chord" to the right is our competitor's. You won't probably know  the difference until you step on the roof, it droops or gets torn off in a high wind. Notice, its already drooping and nothing will stop that, it just isn't structurally sound! Every home we build is built the same way we built our personal homes. We don't cut corners!
