Our Licenses
Building Contractors Licenses: To build within the city limits of Rapid City a Builders License is required, our Rapid City license is #51840. To build in Meade County a Builders License is required, our Meade County License is #2008-11. If you are planning to build outside of these areas, it will not be a problem for us to acquire the appropriate licensing.
Caution: If your plans are to build in the Pennington County and outside of the Rapid City limits chose your builder carefully and check references. There are no building inspections and no license is required! Sad to say but anyone can call themselves a builder, regardless of their experience.
Pump Installer: In South Dakota, any person who performs work for compensation in the repair of wells or as a well pump installer needs a well driller’s license or a well pump installer’s license. Our South Dakota pump installers license is #23 and our SD well drillers license #703
Well Drilling License: In South Dakota a well driller license is needed prior to drilling any well or contracting to drill a well. In addition, a licensed well driller is also authorized to do well pump installations and well repair work. Our SD well drillers license #703
Sewer and Water Contractors: In South Dakota, Sewer and Water Contractors may engage in the setting up of building sewer and water service, the repair of existing building sewer and water services, the setting up of building storm sewer, the repair of existing building storm sewer, and the setting up of water treatment plant piping and equipment designed to purify water, chemical treatment piping, and sewer treatment plant piping and equipment designed to treat sewage, and the repair of the piping and equipment. Our South Dakota Sewer and Water Installation Contractors license is SD CAP-E0614-88-834SWC.
Sewer and Water Contractors: We are also are licensed in Rapid City as Sewer and Water Installation Contractors license #49757
Trenching Contractor: In South Dakota and Rapid City anyone who holds a Sewer and Water Contractors License is also licensed to be a Trenching Contractor.
Septic Systems: South Dakota State Certified
